Refund policy
We appreciate your business, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return the product in new condition within 10 days of purchasing and we will gladly give you a refund or a replacement. Any feed product will have a 5 day return. Items showing signs of use are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. Please return all product packaging and all the packing materials. Refunds will be issued to the same debit or credit-card used for the initial purchase. Refunds for check transactions will be issued by a check. Personalized, monogrammed, or custom items and vaccines, once the product packaging is open; and items showing signs of abuse cannot be returned for any reason.
